Join Our Team of Experienced Community Nurses

We are currently recruiting skilled Community Nurses to support an NHS trust in the Leicester area. Our recruitment consultants are dedicated to working with you and your availability, offering flexible work opportunities across weekdays, weekends, days, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
  • Coordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals and community services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
  • Utilize excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Band 5 or above nursing qualification.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Current NMC registration and relevant nursing qualifications.
  • 6 months recent experience working as a Community Nurse.
  • 2 clinical references covering 3 years of work experience.
  • Valid DBS certificate.
