About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Health Nurse to join our team in Leicester City. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families in various community settings.
Main Responsibilities
As a Community Health Nurse, you will participate in the delivery of The Healthy Child Programme, working closely with children from birth to school age. You will be expected to work autonomously, using your initiative and attention to detail to provide excellent care. You will also be part of a team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full driving licence and the use of a car. You will also need to be able to work in various community settings, including family homes. A bespoke package of training will be provided to support your development in this role, including healthy growth, breastfeeding, and safeguarding.
