Our client, a well-established business in Derby, is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their Group Accounts office on a 12-month contract basis.
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing debtor accounts and ensuring timely payments. If you have experience in Credit Control and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Chase Aftersales debt daily via telephone and email
- Manage allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy
- Send weekly/monthly statements for allocated debtor accounts
- Complete daily cash allocation for allocated sites
- Respond to Credit Control mailbox emails
- Prepare and send site queries to managers
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss debt with management team
- Liaise with other departments for additional support chasing debts
- Build and maintain relationships with external customers to aid debt recovery
