As a Steel Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting accurate take-offs for projects, focusing on pricing balconies and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

In addition, you will liaise closely with designers to achieve the best pricing while balancing project requirements.

You will also contribute to design discussions, ensuring commercial considerations align with the project's scope.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale residential developments, providing commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience in large-scale residential projects is essential, and you should be able to travel to London for meetings as required.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
