About the Role
We are working with a successful wholesale supplier of products into the construction, electrical and hardware sectors to recruit for their new Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical, hardware, and construction sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Travel across the North and South of Ireland to meet clients and close deals.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the electrical, hardware, wholesale or construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, plus an On-Target Earnings (OTE) component, making the total OTE £40,000 per annum. Additional benefits include a competitive bonus structure and career development opportunities.
