About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and dedicated Car Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Coventry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Audi vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, including FCA and data protection obligations.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.
About You
- Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Motivated and result-driven individual.
