We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Account Director to join our team at Visualsoft.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the success and delivery of Visualsoft's Social service, owning a portfolio of social clients and becoming the go-to key relationship stakeholder for social.

The role requires someone with exceptional communication and client relationship/management skills and who is an absolute expert within the social industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Portfolio management and growth
  • Client relationship management
  • Social strategy development and execution
  • Client facing experience at a senior level

  • Extensive proven experience either agency or client side specialising in social

  • Proven expertise in external social platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement
