**Job Title:** Academic Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Education Specialist to join our team at TimePlan Education Group Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviors.

**About the Role:**

This is a specialist teaching role, working in a school setting to provide support and education to students who require additional assistance due to their special educational needs. You will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other educators to ensure students receive the best possible education.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience of working in a SEMH or SEND focused school environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
