Eiffage Kier, a joint venture of four leading civil engineering and construction companies, brings together international expertise in designing, constructing, operating, financing, and maintaining railway networks.

We are currently recruiting for a Structures Design Manager based in Milton Keynes to manage all aspects of the design delivery, including interfaces between teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Bridge Design coordination and be able to identify early warnings to mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities. They will also promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and support compliance with organizational initiatives, policies, and procedures.

About the Role

As a Structures Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing all structures in all aspects of the design delivery, including the design interface between Construction team EKFB, TW design, and HS2.

You will also manage Technical Queries (TQs) and Engineering Work Notifications (EWNs) concerning the structures design, support the administration of the Design subcontract, and raise EWNs, TQs, and Project Management Information (PMIs) as appropriate in CEMAR.

The salary for this role is approximately £65,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
