Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM is a joint venture that brings together international expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies. We are proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link.

We are currently recruiting for a Structures Design Manager based in Milton Keynes. The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in bridge design coordination and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design delivery for railway structures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the design interface between the Construction team and the TW design team
  • Coordinating the development of technical queries and other design-related issues
  • Ensuring that best practices are integrated into the project

You will also be responsible for promoting and embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the company.
