About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Otis. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Service business by attracting new customers and renewing relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
  • Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best solutions.
  • Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.
  • Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
  • Generate, manage, and track leads.
  • Role model Otis Absolutes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Negotiation skills and highly oriented on closing.
  • Drive for business results.
  • Diligence with persistence.
  • Customer centricity.
