Job Title: Financial Reporting Expert UK

Join our team as a Financial Reporting Expert UK and contribute to our mission to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services to our clients. As a key member of our audit practice, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in financial reporting matters related to UK-adopted International Accounting Standards, UK GAAP and UK company law and regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and support to engagement teams on UK-adopted International Accounting Standards, UK GAAP and UK company law and regulation;
- Conduct technical reviews of financial statements for medium & large UK-incorporated entities, including listed and public interest entities;
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex financial reporting issues;
- Collaborate with other departments, including those within the Risk, Compliance and Professional Standards team, such as Sustainability, Innovation and Legal, where tasks require input from several areas.

Requirements:
- Strong technical financial reporting skills;
- ACCA / ACA qualified (or equivalent);
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team;
- Ability to use own initiative;
- Able to train and coach peers;
- Confidence and ability to engage with senior staff and partners;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Reward and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance and annual leave.
