Job Overview: Financial Reporting and Analysis Expert

A leading fintech company is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting and Analysis Expert to join their finance function. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, process improvement, and cash management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in a fast-paced, data-led environment. They will be responsible for managing accounts, developing management reporting and forecasting systems, and working with external accountants to enhance the finance function.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent IT skills and a strong understanding of how to introduce efficiencies in financial and operational processes. They will be proficient in using accounting systems, particularly Sage Accounting, and have advanced Excel skills. Experience in M&A transactions and investment management is a plus.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a performance-based bonus, private medical insurance, and enhanced pension. The business operates a hybrid working policy, with employees able to work from home and from the offices.
