About the Role:

This is a permanent position, offering 39 hours per week based at H&M High Street Kensington, in Central London.

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, maintaining high store standards, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include analysing sales data, evaluating team performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

You will also be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met in accordance with H&M policies and local laws.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience of leading and managing teams
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Benefits:
