Fdo Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Design, build, and maintain cost-effective, reliable, and scalable AWS infrastructure to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
  • Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Automate routine tasks and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of monitoring tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing alerts, dashboards, and logging using CloudWatch.
  • Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker or ECS.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Background in Software Engineering, preferably with C# experience.
