Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work on R&D projects within the materials industry, collaborating with customers and design teams to find innovative solutions. As a Laboratory-based specialist, you will be responsible for testing and quality control of products, as well as leading industry and product training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new materials and products through research and development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Testing and quality control of products to ensure high standards
- Providing training and support to colleagues and customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in Science or Engineering, preferably with experience in R&D environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A strong understanding of materials science and laboratory practices
