Master Planner and Project Controls Specialist

At The Post At Mint Hill Llc, we're seeking a highly skilled Master Planner and Project Controls Specialist to lead our planning and project controls function. With an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, this role offers a competitive rewards package and opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning skills with a detailed understanding of construction methods, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in an open and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders. Proven delivery phase planning and reporting experience within major Civils projects is essential, as well as working knowledge of NEC3 or 4.
- Lead and manage the project planning and controls function
- Staff management, development and/or coaching responsibility
- Develop and maintain programmes, project controls deliverables and other time-related materials
- Contribute to pre-contract planning and work winning
