We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee, manage and control the finances of technology infrastructure projects within Moody's organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, proven experience in project management, and a solid understanding of project financial control.

  • Lead the planning, implementation and execution of technology infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
  • Partner with our Finance function to enhance PMO Financial controls by implementing and maintaining robust financial management processes and systems.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and track progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors and contractors, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes and methodologies, and continuously improve project management processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on technology infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA or Trello.
