Job Title: EMEA Finance Director

CBRE is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Director to lead our financial strategy, controls, and management information for the EMEA American Express contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth, providing insight and influence to impact performance, and maintaining competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly contract reviews, profit and loss accounts, balance sheet extracts, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Governance: Ensure compliance with CBRE and statutory obligations, including financial policy requirements and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • People Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant Qualification: Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a complex multinational environment, managing teams in continental Europe, and achieving results through others.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to shape, lead, and influence other senior managers.
