Job Title: EMEA Finance Director

CBRE is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and operations in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel frequently, as required
