**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Support Professional to join our team at CV-Library. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Director and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting the Director in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing meeting materials
  • Providing general administrative support and responding to correspondence

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
