Associate Director Geo-Environmental

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join their team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for leading the Geo-Environmental department and driving the company's vision for the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers, including a Principal, Senior, and Graduate Engineer, to deliver high-quality projects across various sectors.
  • Develop and implement innovative designs and design documentation, adhering to British Standards, Eurocodes, CIRIA, BRE, and NHBC guidelines.
  • Manage projects of all sizes, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and coordination with other professionals and contractors.
  • Utilize technical design packages, such as SlopeW, Holebase, and proficiently design foundations, earthworks, slope stability, and contaminated land risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and use of a car.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
