Job Title: Associate Director Geo-Environmental

At Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director Geo-Environmental to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead our Geo-Environmental department and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving the vision for the Geo Environmental department, leading a team of engineers and technicians, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Geo-Environmental team and ensuring the delivery of projects to the highest standards
  • Developing and implementing internal QMS procedures and ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Coordinating and supervising site investigations and projects, including Phase I Desk Studies and Phase II Ground Investigations
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Overseeing the tender process and producing contract documentation
  • Full project management of projects, ensuring timescales and budgets are met
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering subject
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in a similar engineering consultancy
  • Chartered geologist, Engineer or Scientist status
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to attract and develop business opportunities
  • Proficiency in technical design packages and software, including SlopeW and Holebase
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians
Benefits:
