Associate Director Geo-Environmental Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director Geo-Environmental to join their team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the company's Geo-Environmental department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geoenvironmental engineering, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for creating and driving the vision for the Geo-Environmental department, working closely with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering geoenvironmental projects
  • Develop and implement internal QMS procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate and supervise client projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for geoenvironmental projects
  • Oversee the tender process and produce precise contract documentation
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring commercial delivery of projects
  • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the development of the Geo-Environmental department
Requirements:
  • Completion of a degree in a relevant engineering subject
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar geoenvironmental engineering role
  • Chartered geologist, engineer, or scientist
  • Commercially aware and able to attract and develop business opportunities
  • Proficient in software such as technical design packages and foundation design
  • Ability to lead a team and manage project budgets and timelines
