Principal Level Geo-Environmental Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Level Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team at Paddock Geo Engineering Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead and manage geo-environmental projects, working closely with our clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage geo-environmental projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement geo-environmental strategies and solutions for clients, including contamination assessment, waste classification, and geotechnical laboratory testing.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues on geo-environmental matters, including project management, client liaison, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a strong geo-environmental service, including training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field, with a related Masters Degree being advantageous.
  • Chartership with a relevant body, such as the Geological Society or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
  • Greater than 10 years experience specialising in Ground Investigation, especially Geo-Environmental aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
