TikTok Agency Partnerships Director

TikTok is seeking a talented Agency Partnerships Director to lead the development of strategic partnerships with advertising agencies. As a key member of our Global Agency & Accounts Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with senior agency stakeholders, and delivering compelling solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in media agency, media sales, brand advertising, and/or digital advertising, with a proven track record of establishing relationships with advertisers, agency, and C-level relationships. They will also possess experience in senior technical stakeholder relationship management, translating business needs into innovative technology solutions.
A competitive salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
