**Job Overview:** Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Scalexperts in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights and solutions.

  • Design and implement data analytics solutions using PowerBI, ensuring timely delivery of insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze and improve our SQL database, ensuring it is fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data and reporting requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient information sharing.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our data strategy aligns with business goals and supports informed decision-making.
  • Maintain high-quality data that can be trusted by the wider business, recognizing its critical role in supporting strategic initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data or insights role, delivering analysis on client/customer data.
  • Proven experience working with marketing teams or analyzing email campaigns, customer segmentations, etc.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, with experience creating dashboards from scratch.
  • Familiarity with SQL coding, including stored procedures.
  • Able to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience presenting findings to stakeholders at various levels, including senior figures within the organization.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and adapting to ambiguity, driving value in a low-data-maturity environment.

**Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based in central London, with a hybrid working model allowing for 3 days/week in the office.
