SEN Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Redbridge area. As a Tutor, you will be working one-to-one with a student who has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behavior.
The successful candidate will need to possess SEN experience and have a proven track record of supporting students with various needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other additional needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in teaching and assessing English and/or Maths and/or Science in primary and/or secondary schools;
- At least 2 years' experience working with SEN students, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other additional needs;
- A proven ability to enhance pupils' confidence, self-esteem, and love of learning;
- 100% passion for education, commitment, reliability, and honesty;
- The ability to creatively apply differentiated techniques to planning and teaching;
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service;
- Registration to work as self-employed.
