Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Team Member at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their needs.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
