Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
  • Utilize supplier portals to manage systems and faults.
  • Generate, monitor, and handle customer requests, issues, and fault reports.
  • Support the technical lead on installation projects.
  • Liaise and guide customers and 3rd party IT professionals to ensure quality delivery and support of our solutions.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation on system installation and support procedures.
  • Deliver customer training.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, TCP & UDP protocols, Layer 2 and 3 routing, VLAN's, QoS DNS, DHCP, LAN's & WAN's.
  • Experience with telecommunications solutions, including call center and call recording applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years IT or Telecoms support experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Full UK driving license.
