Job Summary:
Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
- Utilize supplier portals to manage systems and faults.
- Generate, monitor, and handle customer requests, issues, and fault reports.
- Support the technical lead on installation projects.
- Liaise and guide customers and 3rd party IT professionals to ensure quality delivery and support of our solutions.
- Produce detailed technical documentation on system installation and support procedures.
- Deliver customer training.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, TCP & UDP protocols, Layer 2 and 3 routing, VLAN's, QoS DNS, DHCP, LAN's & WAN's.
- Experience with telecommunications solutions, including call center and call recording applications.
- Minimum of 2 years IT or Telecoms support experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Full UK driving license.
