Job Description

At Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in London.

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious individual to take on the role of leading High Speed 2, Britain's largest infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will have experience working on major rail infrastructure projects, specifically station build, and will possess a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects successfully.

  • Salary: £80,000 + benefits package

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business results of the project, organisation, and definition of responsibilities. You will communicate all project requirements to the project team, set challenging stretch targets for all team members, and establish communications with clients/representatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement the management system within the project team
  • Lead HSQE management
  • Evaluate opportunities and risks
  • Organise planning management
  • Establish procurement deadlines
  • Review and revision of contract programme
  • Establish works packages
  • Cooperate in the awarding of contracts to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contract management and supervision of project progress
  • Responsible for project controlling
  • Change management process
  • Collaborate in the recruitment of staff
  • Identify and coordinate training requirements
  • Assist in staff recruitment

About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified candidate in Civil Engineering, with APM/MICE advantageous and main contractor background. Experience within major rail infrastructure projects, specifically station build, is essential.
