{"h3">**About the Role**

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Hire Space, you will be the key point of contact for our top accounts, responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and setting high standards for relationship management, product development, and sales best practices.

You will work closely with senior leaders in the Client Services team to ensure our account management services meet the needs of modern corporate event planners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively engaging clients to increase client value and engagement
  • Developing and driving the adoption of excellent account management processes
  • Managing events for the full event calendar for your accounts, providing exceptional customer service
  • Increasing share of spend and frequency of clients through face-to-face meetings and CRM support
  • Maintaining a high level of industry knowledge and being seen as an expert in the events industry

You will also be responsible for building relationships with industry bookers, pitching Hire Space 360 to clients, and working closely with the Business Development Team.

**Requirements**
  • Proven experience in senior account or relationship management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple high-profile accounts in a fast-paced environment
**Nice to Have**
  • Experience in the events industry or with event production agencies and suppliers
  • Highly skilled in CRM management and data-driven client growth strategies
  • Established network within the events or hospitality sectors
**Logistics**

This is a hybrid/in-person role, requiring you to work from our Central London office location or on client site visits flexibly at least 2 days per week.
