About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-Casino Team Member to join our team. As a host in the true sense of the word, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for.



Key Responsibilities

As an Electronic Gaming Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive high-quality customer service to facilitate their play, ensuring profitable admissions, aided by pre-approved promotions. You will also be responsible for maximising revenue from all electronic gaming product, by ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the Grosvenor Brand Standards & assisting management in the financial analysis of all equipment.



Requirements

For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess a basic knowledge of the technical specification of the electronic gaming products & related management systems, including the capability to diagnose & resolve day-to-day operating issues which may adversely impact the customer experience &/or the accuracy of financial reports. You will also need to have awareness of compliance and security aspects of electronic gaming.
