Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating high professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships and communication throughout the team.
  • Ensure the Health & Safety of yourself and others.
  • Manage a team with experience in hospitality and customer service.
  • Have a hospitable nature and ability to make people feel at home and comfortable.
  • Hold a Personal License and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Be computer literate in Excel, Google Sheets, and Drive.
  • Have great communication skills and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding and experience in stock and cellar management.
  • Back-of-house knowledge and basic maintenance skills.
  • Conflict management experience and SIA knowledge.
  • Cask ale management and beer, wine, and spirit knowledge.
  • Proficient in line clean and cellar operations.

Compensation:

  • Up to £16.75/hour.
