**Role**:
Leadership Team PA (Personal Assistant) position at this highly successful group that continues to succeed and grow. Head Office is London based - you would support and facilitate the Senior Leadership team with all elements of administrative assistance. Managing multiple members of the team and their meeting their needs simultaneously to sharp deadlines. The person in this role needs to be dependable and resilient and be able to manage their own work efficiently. To have an open and approachable attitude, be able to listen well and adapt to unforeseen changes whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:
Administrative and organizational a must, with excellent IT skills, specially word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will need to show patience, resilience and be able to make judgment calls under pressure. Skills in managing diaries and balancing professional commitments with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrable experience of working within a F&B environment and an understanding of processes in the area. Experience and skills in managing office procedures, and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. A high degree of confidentiality, discretion, initiative and tact.
