Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly including cocktails
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
