Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at JLR. As a key member of our Industrial Operations department, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our corporate teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand current Materials Fulfilment processes. You will identify areas for improvement and contribute to the delivery of a capability roadmap to meet the needs of the business.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Conduct workshops to identify business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives for Material Fulfilment applications.
- Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards, documenting these fully.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for solutions or improvements to Material Fulfilment business processes, using appropriate tools to document business processes.
- Manage the product backlog for Material Fulfilment applications and communicate business stakeholder needs to development teams by translating business requirements into functional requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance testing and take ownership of large projects with guidance but limited oversight from manager.
- Ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Communication skills across different organisation levels and ability to foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and business process analysis and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
