About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Advised Business Analysis Team at AJ Bell, a leading investment platform business in the UK.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the development of our advised product suite, working closely with colleagues to deliver continuous improvements, new products, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring we meet regulatory obligations and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on the discovery, design, build, delivery, and testing of new and existing web solutions.
  • Conduct gap, impact, and risk analysis to identify areas for improvement in systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Product Owners, development teams, and other business stakeholders.
  • Experience in writing user stories, modelling processes, and documenting requirements.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business requirements to technical teams.
  • A proven track record of delivery on large software development projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
