C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Manchester. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and managing the capabilities of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive benefits to the organisation.
  • Be the subject matter expert for software platforms and system capabilities.
  • Identify solutions for deficiencies in products or systems and oversee delivery across the business.
  • Transform business requirements into technical solutions using techniques such as UML diagrams or User Stories.
  • Test new functionality.
  • Run workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand behaviours and user requirements.
Requirements
  • Understanding of and experience using GDS, with a travel industry background.
  • Understanding of APIs for integrating third-party platforms such as airline and hotel reservations or payment gateways.
  • Experience delivering business systems and process changes.
  • Good understanding of common integration and interfacing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Additional Details
  • Basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office (Manchester) and 2 days remote work.
