Job Description
  • Drive business growth by generating leads through daily calls and closing deals, working towards set targets and KPIs.
  • Manage objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Attend retail industry exhibitions to meet new clients.
Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collate marketing assets from brands and share information following event processes.
  • Maintain Google Reviews from satisfied clients.
Sales Support
  • Update CRM data and master spreadsheets with lead and contact information.
  • Provide general business support to the wider team, including administrative tasks.
  • Develop and update systems and processes for the business.
Requirements
  • Well-educated, articulate, and confident individual.
  • A-Player, self-starter, hungry for commission, and fast-tracking their career.
  • Degree-level education, fluency in English, and excellent attention to detail.
