Job Summary:


The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. This role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, working with production teams to minimize downtime
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules and programs
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards


Requirements:



  • Recognized engineering apprenticeship qualification or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
