**Job Title:** Precision Machining Specialist

**Location:** Aylesbury, UK

**Salary:** £42,000 - £47,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner / Miller Programmer to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. Our client is a highly regarded manufacturer of precision fabricated components and thermal insulation solutions for the motorsport and automotive industries.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programming, setting, and operating CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls.
  • Off-line programming experience with HyperMILL is desirable but not essential.
  • Maintaining machine maintenance schedules and ensuring quality targets are always met.

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assessing engineering drawings to establish a strategy for creating a machined part, considering the most efficient use of time and resources, available tooling, and whether new tooling is required.
