We are a dynamic company providing on-site wireless communication solutions. As a Sales Support or Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for learning our products and solutions through a structured training program.

About the Role:
  1. You will manage sales administration and processes, including research, documentation, quotations, and Sales Orders.
  2. You will make calls to stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm installation dates, parts availability, or other requirements.
  3. Liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Shipping departments where necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in sales support, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

About You:
  • Experience in a process-driven environment (ISO preferred) with a good understanding of workflow methodology.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Teams, CRM/SOP data entry (Sage a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail – product codes and strong numeracy essential.
  • Customer-focused professional telephone manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
