Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide tailored support to meet clients' needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care is delivered

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to support your development.
