About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing daily support to service users with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work under the direction of the Assistant Day Services Manager and Day Activity Manager to deliver high-quality support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to service users in implementing individual care plans and day service programmes.
  • Administer prescribed medication to service users in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Participate in supervision and support worker team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Undertake QCF Level II in Care and other mandatory training as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the transportation of service users as needed.
