Job Overview

Our childcare career development program in Bolton offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a career in early years education while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment.

As an apprentice, you will be working alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through your learning journey. You will have access to regular training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of care and education to children, supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities, and observing and understanding children's development and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in providing care and education to children under the guidance of qualified staff
  2. Learn and apply the principles of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
  3. Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities for children
  4. Observe and understand children's development and learning needs
