Key Responsibilities- Employer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key employer partners to grow our member base and increase engagement.
- Regional Member Development: Lead the growth of our member base at all grades in UK regions and beyond.
- Education Partners: Foster partnerships with education institutions to broaden and grow our member base and increase engagement.

- Minimum of Degree level education
