We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Intervention Specialist to join our team at Interventions Alliance. This is a rewarding opportunity that will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals within the custody system.
In this role, you will work closely with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to help manage caseloads effectively and connect participants with resources for housing, substance use, physical and mental health, etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective case management and coordination of risk, including timely notification of concerns regarding change in individual risk to the Probation Service.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a caseload of participants and possess knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Interventions Alliance is committed to combining our knowledge, skills, and talents across the justice and social care sectors to deliver services and interventions that overcome barriers to successful reintegration into local communities. Our aim is to equip individuals with the necessary skills needed to desist from offending and address barriers to work.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 2 volunteer days, pension contributions, and access to a healthcare cash plan.
