We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Marketing Lead to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group.

About the Role

As a Paid Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the national paid advertising programme through our media agency. This includes digital and above the line advertising in territories such as the UK and Canada.

You will work closely with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise, and measure the ROI of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, programmatic, native display, SEM, content partnerships, radio, Out of Home, and Cinema.

You will also analyse the performance of all media through the media agency to increase the efficiency of the paid media budget. Additionally, you will develop testing plans for creative, copy, messaging, format, and landing pages to improve KPIs, working with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and optimise the user experience.

Your role will involve reporting on the effectiveness of performance marketing activity, leading the media agency and team to drive revenue growth and reduce customer acquisition costs, increasing profitability.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding and experience of paid marketing strategy and tactics
  • Good knowledge and experience of working with the full funnel media mix, digital advertising channels, and principles
  • PASSION FOR CHAMPIONING THE CUSTOMER AND USING INSIGHTS TO DRIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, commercially focused multi-site business
  • Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, performance media, above the line channels
  • Experience of monitoring and measuring both sales and brand driving media
  • Strong analysis of the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns including pre and post evaluations
  • Management of external agencies including print, creative, PR, content
  • Budget management experience
  • Self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Project management skills - ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 'Hands-on' and proactive approach
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
