Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social care team, you will provide essential support to children and young people in a residential setting, promoting their independence, wellbeing, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children and young people in daily activities and interests
  • Promote independence and wellbeing through emotional and practical support
  • Attend weekend and evening activities to engage with children and young people
  • Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare
  • Ensure the safety of young people by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of care plans and guidelines
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience working with children or in a similar social care setting
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
